My Elite NightLife Scene (MyENLS) is a premiere nightlife entertainment database that will reach millions of people globally. Each member on the site plays an important role in keeping the community safe. This portion of the site is dedicated to giving valuable information on how to keep yourself and your family safe on the site and on the internet. The site contains useful safety tip and resources to help facilitate your transition through the online community.

The MyENLS staff is committed in keeping each visitor or member safe while on the site through multiple safety features, updated technology, co-operation with law enforcement, working with safety organizations, and implementation of terms that will foster a safe environment for all members. Despite all of these steps, MyENLS cannot guarantee that it's site is entirely free of offensive, illegal, pornographic/nude, or otherwise inappropriate material, or that it's members will not be subject to inappropriate or illegal conduct from other members.

• Profiles and Forums are public:

Always be aware that anything you post will potentially be seen by the world, whether good or bad. Protect your information. Posting personal or specific information about yourself could make it easy for strangers to find you.

• What you post could come back and haunt you:

Your friends are not the only people browsing your profile page. Almost anyone and everyone could possibly be viewing your page. Be smart about posting anything that your parents, boss at work, potential employers, or other important person in your life could see. Don't embarrass yourself or ruin your future by being negligent.

• Be honest about your age:

 This site is intended for persons who are 18 years of age and older. This is done to protect children from under the age of 18 from potentially being in an environment that contains adult content and activities. If you pretend to be older and the MyENLS staff determines that you are not being honest, your profile will be deleted and your IP address potentially blocked as well.

• Report any inappropriate content:

If you see, hear, or feel that something is inappropriate or violates the MyENLS Terms & Conditions make sure to speak up! Report the activity or profile to the MyENLS staff and we will take the appropriate steps (i.e. notifying the police or delete the profile). Use either the contact us option at the bottom of the site or email us at abuse@myenls.com

• Beware of fake people and profiles:

Just like in the real world, don't expect everyone to be honest. Be careful if adding strangers as friends, even though it's fun meeting new people from all over the world. Avoid meeting people if you do not know them well. If you insist on meeting a new online friend, do it in a public place and make sure to bring a trusted friend or adult along.

• Check comments often:

Don't respond to offensive or threatening comments or messages that you receive. You have the option to block the individual from contacting you, set the option to pre-approve all posts on your wall, and report the individual to the MyENLS staff. Never give out personal information through messages (especially you username and password)!
